Carmat's electricity costs were increasing at an astronomical rate, and frequent power supply interruptions was effecting their overall productivity.

We assessed the property and set up a consumption metering system to gather as much data as possible.

They had also purchased a 200Kva Cummins gen-set. 

Our engineering design integrated the generator set into the grid-tied solar solution. The design resulted in lower diesel costs during daytime power outages (the generator would only need to run at IDLE).

Once commissioned, the solar yield offset a large portion of their electricity costs,  and they successfully averted any further power interruptions, thereby restoring productivity and improving their competitive advantage.
